What a week. It rained and yes, it even snowed! But if this weather is not making us stronger, the workouts sure are. We got a solid week of training under our belts this week and are ready to move into the 2nd half of the season. With a meet on Thursday against Redmond and the boys distance medley team of Tyler, Dean, Camden & Nate racing on Saturday at the Eason Invite in Snohomish, we got a fun week to look forward to! I am impressed with everyones improvement and everyones level of fitness. Saturday's practice should have instilled that confidence in you as an athlete as well! As school starts up, remember to get to bed at a desent hour, to keep up on school work, hydrate and to eat healthy. Below you will find the qualifying standards for the Bellevue Invite. This week is your last chance to qualify for this meet. If you are close to a standard, but I scheduled you to run a different event, please see me tomorrow, Monday, after the team meeting. Enjoy your week back at school and let's have a great week of training!
Qualifying standards for Bellevue:

Quote of the Week: "Racing teaches us to challenge ourselves. It teaches us to push beyond where we thought we could go. It helps us to find out what we are made of. This is what we do. This is what it's all about." -PattiSue Plumer, US Olympian
