Welcome to this year's Bi-District I/II Championship Meet as we culminate the season and send teams and individuals to State.

12:00pm - Packets & chips available in finish area.
12:30pm - Volunteers Meeting in the finish area, followed immediately by coaches meeting.
1:00pm - Boys Race
1:45pm - Girls Race
2:30pm - Awards Ceremony

TIMING CHIPS:

We will use BuDu's chips to capture results this year. Each runner will wear a chip on each ankle. Both chips will have the same number on them and that number will correspond to the runnner's bib number. It is essential that all runners wear both chips and their bib in their races.

When you arrive at the park, please stop by BuDu's headquarters near the finish line to pick-up your chips and bibs. VERY IMPORTANT:  The chips are activated by the mats at the finish line on the course. All runners should stay clear of the finish area until they are finishing their own race in order to not accidentally activate their chips at the wrong time.

RETURNING THE CHIPS:

A corral will be set-up with personnel there to remove chips from the runners. All runners will be guided directly to the corral once they leave the finish area and they will not be able to leave the corral until both chips are removed from their ankles. Hopefully this method of chip collection will result in no lost chips and less work for coaches to collect the chips from their runners. If you are a qualifying team, be sure to return the chips of your alternates that did not race.

QUALIFYING TO THE STATE MEET:

The following participants will qualify to the State Championship Meet on Saturday, November 9 at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco:

TEAMS: Top 5 boys and girls teams.

INDIVIDUALS: Top 25 boys and girls finishers. (Any finishers in the top 25 that are not on the top 5 teams.)

AWARDS: (Near the pavilion.)

INDIVIDUALS:  The top 25 finishers (State Qualifiers) in both races will receive a certificate and announced recognition on the awards stand.

TEAMS:  The top 5 boys and girls teams will receive a certificate and announced recognition on the awards stand.

RESULTS:

Printed results will not be generally available at the meet.  Results from both races will be uploaded to Athletic.net ASAP following the conclusion of the meet.
