Back on February 11th, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Galen Rupp broke Bernard Lagat's 2 mile Amerian Record by running 8:09.72!!

What to watch for: Consistency and relaxation. Watch how relaxed Rupp stays in his upper torso, particularly in his face, as he hits near consistent lap times. The consistency in his laps allows him to control his HR and does not put unnecessary "crap in his legs" by going out too fast early in the race.
