Cross-country runner Korey Krotzer leaving his brother's shadow behind

Came across this article this morning in the Seattle times. Thought I would share. The biggest lesson I grabbed from the article was when Korey Krotzer's coach Bill Sumner described how Korey got to where he is today as an athlete.

"His sophomore year, he just made a big choice that he was just going to run, and the kid has just put in the miles and the training and worked hard for it," he said. "It's not like he was a natural athlete. He's just plain worked hard and has high expectations and goals. The kid just amazes me every week."
