More Information on Saturday's Twilight Invitational 2013

1.)  GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE - All people need to stay out of sand traps and off of greens.  This includes the practice greens near the start and finish lines.  We will DQ anyone in these areas especially since competitors have BIB numbers.  Feel free to remind people to stay out of these areas throughout the course for us.

2.)  PORTA POTTIES - There will be 2 locations for these on the North and South end of the course.  No one is allowed in the restaurant bathrooms - this will result in a DQ.  The restaurant bathroom is for patrons only.

3.)  FOOD - will be for sale via the restaurant...we encourage sales for them.  Otherwise I will be around to sample the many items I have seen in the last few years :-]  Yum!

4.)  ADMISSION - $5 for Adult, $3 for Seniors/Students/Children, $15 for Families  PLEASE SHARE with kids to share with family.  Slight Increase because our League has raised Admission Prices.

5.) NO DOGS!!!

6.)  DIRECTIONAL FLAGGING - We use State XC Directional Flagging.  Red = Past the Flag and Turn Left, Yellow = Past the Flag and Turn Right, Blue = Either Side of the Flag and Straight.  Educate your athletes on this.

7.)  There will be Glow Sticks, Balloons and other purposeful items.  Please advise athletes to leave those things be for the sake of the course and all of the races.

8.)  AWARDS will be at 8:15 in the Start Area for the varsity races.  JV awards will be passed out in the chute.  Specific details are in attached meet info sheet.
