-planks "45 seconds"
-cool down = static stretch 15 minutes

Mileage:
-boys blue: 6 miles
-boys black: 5 miles
-boys white: 4 miles

-girls blue: 4 miles
-girls black: 3 miles
-girls white: 2 miles
