(New Record Holders Stephenie Spencer & Dean Willis)
This year we saw both Mt. Constitution race records smashed as Junior Stephenie Spencer & Senior Dean Willis each reached the top first in their respective race!! In the 4.5 mile girls race, Stephenie ran 46:00 to break the 2010 record of 50:23 set by Kareena Dahl. In the boy 4 mile race, Dean rose the bar by breaking last years record of 33:00 by Nathan Conrad by running 32:35. In both races, athletes race up a total of 2, 407 ft of prominence on two different/equally difficult courses. Congratulations to all runners who conquered the mountain!
