Hip Mobility Drill - Myrtal Drill
One of the hip mobility drills we utilize as a distance program is called Myrtal Routine, designed by coach Jay Johnson of Boulder, CO. Posted below is a video by Coach Jay explaing Myrtal and a link to a pdf file containing all of the Myrtal exercises. Whether Myrtal is new to you or not, watch how the demonstrator Sara Vaughn keeps a solid foundation and a flat/straight back during all exercises.
