End of the Year Banquet

Please join us for a banquet and awards ceremony to celebrate and remember a great 2011 Cross Country season in the BHS Commons at 6:30pm on Tuesday, November 8th.

 

Here is the general outline that we will be following:

• 5:30pm = Set up (All sophomores and juniors are required to either set up or clean up)
• 6:30pm = Beginning of Banquet, hour of dinner and socializing
• Opening remarks, 2 captain speeches
• Sophomore Awards
• 2 captain speeches
• Junior Awards
• 2 captain speeches
• Senior Awards
• 2011 Team Video
• Team Choice Awards
• Coaches Awards
• End of Banquet (All sophomores and juniors are required to either set up or clean up)

Once again the team has decided to have a potluck banquet and the athletes are being requested to provide the following items for the dinner:

Sophomore Boys (Alex Anderson, Peter Berge, Daniel Bi, Kyle Eisenbeis, Austin Hill, Jake King, Aaron Lutz, Jacob Straus, Chris Vong, Alex Yancey) are responsible for each bringing one main dish that will serve 10 people.

Sophomore Girls (Kiki Anderson, Margaret and Michelle Deleon, Logan Hintz, Soo Lee, Erika Meyer, Molly Nguyen, Julia Preston, Sarah Sharp, Stephenie Spencer) are responsible for each bringing one main dish that will serve 10 people.

Junior Boys (Steven De La Torre, Sean Ewing, Marcus Harbol, Amar Kalkura, Jacob Kaltenbach, Daniel Kim, Bryce Petterson, Teddy Pierce, Bryan Starck, Dan Tarleton, Wyland Tregear, Dean Willis, Niall Wright, Stevie Yencich) are responsible for each bringing one salad that will serve 10 people.

Junior Girls (Roni Albrecht, Stephanie Duran, Jenny Eom, Denisse Guzman, Erika Gwinn, Angie Marioni, Laura Olson, Amy Patterson, April Sablan) are responsible for bringing paper plates, plastic silverware, ice, butter and napkins

Senior Boys (Brandon Cella, Nathan Conrad, Sully Cothran, Casey Gosselin, Coltan Johnson, James LeGresley, Vinny Nguyen, Drew Patterson, Allen Resendiz, Jerry Zhu) are responsible for bringing Garlic Bread and French Bread

Senior Girls (Lindsey Ellis, Jackie Moyer, Vanessa Teeter, Anne Willey, Elise Willey, Paige Wolfe, Ellen Yancey) are responsible for bringing Costco size case of water, large bottles of juice or soda.
