Keith Kelly, NCAA Champion talks XC

While living in Massachusetts, I got the chance to meet some amazing people while working at PR Running (shout out) and few impressed me more with their enthusiasm for the sport of running and XC than Keith Kelly.  While at Providence College in Rhode Island, Keith lead his team to a third place finish behind Arkansas and Colorado while winning the overall individual national title.  Check out this video (http://www.flotrack.org/video/203993-Keith-Kelly-recalls-XC-00) of Keith talking shop.  Be prepared to be motivated!
