Week 10 Schedule


With sunshine finally in the forecast, the competition is heating up as we enter into the final week of preparation for the league championships.  On Thursday against Garfield and Inglemoor, Stephanie, Angie, Tim and Marcus all ran great PRs in the 1600m.  Natalie and Tyler also lowered their personal bests in the 800m with a 2:58 and 2:08 respectably.  On Saturday the boys DMR of Jerry, Jed, Dean & Sully ran a 11:34 at the Shoreline Invitational, just 5 seconds of the DMR time set earlier this year by Tyler, Camden, Dean and Nate, great job guys!  On Saturday Nate also ran a 3 second life time PR of 4:37 in the 1600m.  While we head into championship week, don't forget to do the "little things".  Make sure your keeping up on staying hydrated and get as much sleep as possible!  Hope for great weather on Thursday, this is your last chance to qualify for KingCo if you have not done so already.  I'll be subbing at BHS Mon.-Wed. this week, so if you want to talk strategy for Thursday, come by and say hello.  Have a great week D-Crew!

Note: Ice Baths on Tuesday, Yoga/Visualization on Wednesday, Northshore District Meet on Thursday, Breakfast Saturday Morning??
